Pi Consulting (Trustee Services) Ltd has purchased Fairfield Pension Trustees Ltd for an undisclosed fee.
Worcestershire-based Fairfield Pension Trustee Limited, which offers professional services to occupational pension schemes, will continue to operate as a legal entity.
