Fidelity International has appointed Jenny Segal as global head of workplace investing distribution.
Segal joins from AMG where she was head of European distribution and global head of consultants. Segal is a qualified actuary with a background in pensions and investment consulting, who has also worked for Neuberger Berman, Old Mutal Asset Managers, Alliance Bernetin and KPMG Pensions.
She will replace Julian Webb who retires from this role this summer after 17 years with Fidelity. She will report into Keith Metters, head of global workplace investing at Fidelity International.
Segal says: “Helping clients to save for retirement and to achieve long-term investing objectives sits at the very core of Fidelity’s business. With more people enrolled within workplace pension schemes than ever before this is an exciting time to be joining the company, as we look at new opportunities to increase engagement with members and help them to secure their future financial security.”
