SEI has appointed Nicola Benstead to be its new defined contribution client director.
In this role Benstead will be responsible for relationship management with SEI’s DC clients within its master trust.
Benstead joins from Aegon, where she was head of client relations, covering 13,000 clients and more than £20 billion in assets under management. She has also held senior positions at both BlackRock and Willis Towers Watson.
Steve Charlton, SEI’s managing director of Defined Contribution (EMEA and Asia) says: “This appointment comes at a particularly exciting time as we’ve significantly enhanced our SEI Master Trust client offering over the past year.
“Nicky’s background and expertise in effective relationship management will help us maximise the use of new technologies designed to both support members and improve their retirement outcomes.”
