Aon has made three new appointments to support the growth of its master trust and DC business
Hâf Lloyd-Birchall joins as a senior client manager, having previously worked as a DC consultant at PwC, where she supported a range of companies on governance, communications, and scheme strategy issues.
Lloyd-Birchall also has in-house experience as a strategic pensions manager for Amey, where she managed several defined benefit and DC schemes.
Jason Brett joins as new business director. Prior to this, he was a corporate consultant within Aon’s retirement team and led the sales team in the north west of the UK. He is also a qualified actuary with eight years’ experience in the retirement consulting industry.
Meanwhile, Eleni Karaolou joins as an associate client manager from Mercer, where, as an associate consultant, she worked in the large corporate division for DC clients. In this role, Karaolou also supported schemes with onboardings, communications and governance reports.
Tony Britton, partner, DC Solutions UK at Aon, says: “We are seeing rapid growth and new clients on-boarding with the Aon MasterTrust, so bringing in three new and experienced team members will help ensure every client continues to receive an exceptional level of service.”
