Redington has appointed Katherine FitzGerald to its executive leadership team as its first chief people officer.
FitzGerald joined Redington as head of people in 2020 and is responsible for all elements of the company’s human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, culture, wellbeing, and engagement. She also oversees performance management.
Redington CEO Sylvia Pozezanac says: “The most critical driver of our success at Redington is our incredible and talented team.
