Towergate Health & Protection has appointed Debra Clark to the newly-created role of head of wellbeing.
In this role Clark will be responsible for developing a market-leading employee wellbeing proposition, and delivering client workplace wellbeing consultancy services. She will also lead the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of online wellbeing platforms.
Clark was previously head of specialist consulting at Towergate, looking after larger SME and corporate clients. The consultancy firm is now looking to recruit a replacement for this role.
Towergate Health & Protection says the creation of this role will hep it develop and deliver impactful employee wellbeing propositions.
