Helen Copinger-Symes, Nina Hingorani-Crain, and Nikki Marsh have been appointed to Nest’s board by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.
Copinger-Symes, with 30+ years’ experience in financial services, specializes in investment and pensions. She has worked for global investment firms like Deutsche Asset Management and State Street Global Advisors.
Copinger-Symes currently serves as a non-executive director on the Pension SuperFund boards and is involved with the Rifles Regimental Museum Trust and DHL (UK) Foundation.
Hingorani-Crain has a diverse 25-year career in the public, regulatory, corporate, and charity sectors. She held leadership roles in financial services and served as chief of Staff at the UK’s financial regulator during the global financial crisis.
Hingorani-Crain has since focused on non-executive positions, serving on boards such as National Savings & Investments and an NHS Foundation Trust.
Marsh has a successful 13-year leadership career in Financial Services, with a focus on driving customer-centric culture. She has experience in the Mutual Sector and served as a senior civil servant in the Public Sector.
Throughout her career, Marsh has held roles in marketing, digital transformation, and communications. She also served as a Trustee for a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving care delivery and supporting staff. Currently, she is a non-executive director at Penrith Building Society and works as an executive coach.
Two departures from the Nest Board occurred recently. Clive Elphick retired on January 31, while Mutaz Qubbaj stepped down at the end of his term on May 31.
