Master trust provider TPT Retirement Solutions has appointed Paul Eagles as its senior professional services manager.
Eagles joins from Legal & General Investment Management, where he was headed DC client commercials and business management.
As part of his new role, Eagles will work on a potential master trust CDC proposition, working with employers offering DB benefits, to see if this type of multi-employer arrangement might create better employee retirement outcomes.
Eagles will also be responsible for providing professional services to sponsoring employers and collaborating with TPT’s external strategic partners.
Eagles has worked across the industry pension for 17 years managing terms that covered new business development, account management and implementation.
