Barnett Waddingham appoints Neil Howitt as head of SIPP Finance.
Howitt has 35 years of expertise in the financial services industry and held a variety of significant jobs throughout his career, including chief financial officer at Nucleus and 21 years at the St. James Palace Wealth Management Group. Senior positions in finance, change management, and the development and supervision of the administration platform were all part of his stay there.
His work at Barnett Waddingham will include a wide range of strategic responsibilities, including overseeing the contract negotiations with important suppliers and institutional partners, as well as business profitability and commercial management. He will also assume a position on the management committee of Barnett Waddingham SIPP.
