Gallagher has appointed Alistair Dornan as the chief revenue officer of Gallagher’s benefits & HR consulting division in the UK.
Dornan will be in charge of coordinating all revenue-producing operations for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division.
Dornan delivers a range of ideas across various industries and sectors, drawing from his vast expertise in complex healthcare, benefits, and performance programmes in the U.K., Europe, and North America.
He has experience managing cross-functional teams to maximise performance, encourage profitability, and develop solutions that assist businesses in attracting, retaining, and engaging outstanding talent that is consistent with their strategic goals. He handles organisational transitions and improves customer offers via technology-driven, data-centric solutions.
Additionally, Dornan was once the director of Gallagher’s people experience consulting practice. He is considered a leading expert and well-known speaker on organisational performance, strategy, and wellbeing, especially in the context of healthcare systems.
