Anne Drugnick is to head Secondsight’s health and protection division, following the successful acquisition and integration of Punter Southall’s employee benefits advisory business.
Secondsight is the employee benefits consulting arm of Foster Denovo, which completed its acquisition of Punter Southall’s corporate advice arm in January, creating a business with more than 1,500 clients across the UK, and doubling the size of its team. The deal followed the recent purchase of Wade Financial, based in Newcastle, and Creative Financial Solutions in Hampshire.
Drugnik’s 30-year career has included more than 20 years with Punter Southall, including stints at PSHP and Punter Southall Aspire.
Secondsight’s David Taylor says: “The scale of our combined health and protection business means we are now a significant presence in this market, with a much greater depth of expertise, experience and insight our consultants and clients can call on.
“Anne’s knowledge is second-to-none and she’s the ideal leader to ensure we continue to delight our clients with propositions which recognise their increasingly individual needs.”
Drugnik says: “Everyone at Secondsight shares the same collegiate, creative culture. We believe that’s vital to originating cost-effective solutions to ever-more complex needs for our corporate client base.”
