Aegon has launched, Product Reporting, a client reporting tool for financial advisers across Aegon Retirement Choice (ARC) and One Retirement to help improve user experience.
Advisers will get access to product and performance summaries for their clients. The tool enables advisers to customise conversations with clients to help them deliver a more personalised approach to deliver Consumer Duty outcomes.
Product reporting is accessible from the client summary and includes a variety of tools that help advisers acquire valuable insights into their customers’ portfolios. New features include view valuations of clients’ products and the ability to generate graphical representations across all products, such as product valuations, money in and out, along with the option to customise date ranges.
Advisers can also view a breakdown of key product data, such as opening and closing values, returns on all or chosen goods, income from any income-generating assets, and any applicable levies. Aegon sys it will continue to improve Product Reporting by gathering feedback from advisers.
Aegon managing director – retail Stephen Crosbie says: “The launch of Product reporting is a clear demonstration of our commitment to continually improve our platform. Aegon’s new user experience enables us to elevate our platform’s digital capability for advisers and serves as a strong foundation for future advancements.
“As we strive to become the market-leading digital platform provider, Aegon is determined to provide financial advisers with solutions that streamline their processes and enhance their ability to serve their clients effectively, delivering good Consumer Duty outcomes. The introduction of Product reporting marks another significant milestone in our journey to achieving this goal.”
