Aon has appointed Geoff Bauer as a partner in its investment team.
Bauer, who will be based in London, joins Aon having spent 16 years at Mercer, latterly as a senior principal in the multinational client segment and as UK leader of the global pensions management proposition.
Bauer will advise trustees and corporate sponsors of UK-defined benefit plans focusing on insurance, energy, charity and endowment clients.
