Aon has appointed Kim Nash of Zedra Governance to be the new chair of its master trust board.
At the same time, Aon has also appointed Keith Scott of Law Debenture to the board.
Nash will replace Roger Mattingly, who is stepping down from the board after seven years. Nash was already a member of the Aon MasterTrust Board.
Scott has more than 25 years experience in the pensions industry, having been a trustee, a corporate pension director and investment manager. He has previously worked for both BMP Global Asset Management and been a director of the European pension team for IBM. He is currently an independent trustee on eight board and chairs a number of investment committees.
The other current members of The Aon MasterTrust board are Jenny Davidson of BESTrustees and Jonathan Reynolds of Capital Cranfield.
Aon head of DC solutions for EMEA Tony Pugh says he was grateful for Mattingly’s contribution: “[Mattingly] played a central role in establishing our master trust and its success reflects the high-quality input that he has given throughout.
“I am also very pleased that Kim has agreed to step up to be the new chair of trustee. Kim has already made a significant impact on our operations, and I am sure she will be an outstanding chair over the coming years.”
