Adam Riley is joining Punter Southall Health & Protection, having quit his role as Aon’s director, legal and professional services at the end of last year.
Riley takes the newly-created role of Director of Global Development
He has previously held senior roles at Friends Provident and Portus.
Riley will lead the business development activity within the global and UK corporate benefits business. He will work with US and International organisations that require independent corporate benefits advice and consultancy for their UK operations.
He will also be responsible for ensuring that Punter Southall Health & Protection’s range of services and propositions meets the needs of today’s UK and global employers.
The deal has been announced a the FCA has confirmed it has given approval for the acquisition of Punter Southall Health & Protection and its three subsidiaries by Howden, part of Hyperion Insurance Group.
