Canada Life has appointed Cath Goddard as its head of data, insight and customer relationship management.
Goddard has over 25 years of experience in data science and insight-driven jobs. She has also spent more than 20 years working in the financial services industry, notably in the areas of pensions, retirement, and equity release. Goddard joins from Aviva where she oversaw consumer segmentation, econometrics, the creation of customer-led propositions, and innovation for the company. She also served as head of data, insight, and planning.
