Benefex, the employee benefits software and communications company, has bought Capita Employee Benefits for an undisclosed fee.
The combined business will now support over 650 employers across more than 50 countries with employee experiences across employee benefits, reward, recognition and internal communications.
Benefex founder and CEO Matt Macri-Waller says: “Today marks the culmination of 5 months of work for the team here at Benefex and we are excited to share with you the news that we have acquired Capita Employee Benefits.
