Benefex Financial Solutions has joined Grid to ensure it is able to provide the most current group risk insight to its UK clients.
Benefex Financial Solutions, the regulated arm of the Benefex Group – the company behind the employee experience platform OneHub, says it has a sizable client base and enduring connections with a wide range of benefit providers. The company also wants to give back to the sector, which it sees as dynamic and developing.
Benefex will be able to share information with other professionals in the sector thanks to networking possibilities and Grid’s research and data, which will also guarantee that Benefex stays at the forefront of the industry and is aware of changes in legislation and regulation, according to the firm.
Benefex places a high value on the Grid Training Academy since it will motivate employees to increase their knowledge, achieve learning and development objectives for career advancement, and provide clients with first-rate service.
Benefex head of corporate benefits Stephen Hackett says: “We are delighted to join Grid and see this as an important step that positions us at the forefront of industry developments. This industry rarely stands still, so we recognise that it’s important to be a participant and not a bystander as group risk evolves. We look forward to contributing to this collective voice for the industry.”
Grid chair Paul White says: “We’re really pleased to have Benefex on board. While we offer a great number of resources, an additional benefit of being a member is the meeting of great minds to discuss, promote and enhance the status and uptake of corporate group protection benefits.
“Almost all providers and reinsurance companies currently writing UK group risk business are members of Grid, and a significant number of group risk advisers and suppliers too, making membership ever more valuable.”
