Broadstone has appointed Marc Devereux to be its new director of investment consulting.
Broadstone says the appointment will help the employee benefits and pension consulting firm further develop its proposition in this area.
It says that as pension schemes continue to focus on integrated risk management, journey planning and end games, the need for strategic and specialist investment advice has never been so important.
Devereux has 20 years’ experience working with UK pension schemes and joins from Momentum, where he was a senior investment consultant. Prior to that he was a senior investment principal at Mercer.
Broadstone head of consulting Nigel Jones says: “Marc’s experience and proven track record will enhance our investment consulting proposition as we continue to see high demand for independent and bespoke investment consulting advice.”
Commenting on his appointment, Devereaux adds: “I am looking forward to joining the team and working to improve clients’ investment policies and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.”
