Voting has opened for the Corporate Adviser Provider Service Ratings 2024, the benchmarking ratings for workplace pensions providers, group PMI providers, group risk providers and corporate cash plan providers.

Now in their fourth year, the Corporate Adviser Provider Service Ratings give advisers, consultants and brokers an unbiased and independent evaluation of the service delivered by the providers they are considering recommending to their clients. The ratings can support advisers in understanding what they should expect from providers and how their own experiences compare with those of their peers.

Ratings are based on independent market research conducted with advisers, consultants and brokers. Providers are ranked by intermediaries for their overall service proposition across six sub-areas:

  • Communication
  • Provider-generated adviser support content
  • Ease of use of adviser-facing technology
  • Staff expertise
  • Quality of administration
  • Appreciating my business

Adviser responses are aggregated and those with scores in the highest and second highest bands are awarded Five Star Ratings and Four Star Ratings.

Workplace advisers or employee benefits consultants completing the short survey will receive a £25 Amazon voucher or can direct a £25 donation to one of four selected charities – Mind, The Red Cross, Cancer Research UK or UNICEF Ukraine.

Corporate Adviser editor John Greenwood says: “We all know how important service is in the adviser/provider relationship. By sharing your experiences with your peers you can achieve a deeper understanding of what to expect from the different players in the market, and help providers understand where they are doing well, as well as where there is room for improvement.”
