Henna Fry, director of corporate development, will be leaving the Foster Denovo Group at the end of January, on completion of its third major acquisition of 2023.
Fry was appointed six years ago and helped create the Group’s acquisition strategy, which won awards, as well as obtaining £100 million in finance from Crestline Investors in 2022.
She oversaw acquisitions as the director of corporate development, leading the way for Orchard Wealth Cultivation, Wade Financial, London & Capital Wealth Management, Creative Advice, and Punter Southall Aspire employee benefits company.
Fry will remain a shareholder in the Foster Denovo Group and is currently exploring positions on boards.
Foster Denovo CEO Roger Brosch says: “Henna’s contribution to our growth and reputation in the acquisitions market has been significant. She leaves with our thanks and gratitude for all that she has helped us achieve. The completion of the deal to acquire Punter Southall Aspire, which will see us smash our initial growth targets for last year, is a fitting end to a highly successful time at Foster Denovo. We are delighted that she will remain a significant shareholder going forward.”
Foster Denovo director of corporate development Henna Fry says: “I am hugely proud of what we have achieved together during my time at Foster Denovo. It is a great business, with a fantastic culture and a supremely capable team at the helm, and I look forward to watching it go onto even greater achievements in future.”
