Healix Health has partnered with Teladoc Health to provide same-day GP appointments to UK workers via Healix’s new platform, YourHealth247.
Healix Health clients and their staff members will get access to Teladoc Health’s 24-hour virtual general practitioner services supplied by GMC-licensed doctors and will be able to make online appointments on the same day. The service also makes it possible to refer patients to other medical services if necessary. Prescriptions can then be delivered to patients’ homes or places of employment.
The length of phone consultations is unlimited providing clinicians the chance to discuss multiple medical concerns with patients, including mental health difficulties, infections, musculoskeletal disorders, and dermatological issues. Patients will also receive referrals to appropriate facilities.
The service will be accessible to family members as well, giving them access to 24-hour patient-led care.
