Perci Health specialises in the practical, psychological, and physical impacts of cancer and offers online clinical and vocational rehabilitation. Maximising the possibility of employees going back to work following a long leave of absence due to cancer treatment is the goal of this innovative healthcare solution.
The goal of this innovative healthcare approach is to increase the possibility that workers will go back to their jobs following an extended leave of absence brought on by cancer treatment.
The services offered by Perci Health include appointment scheduling, customised resources, treatment plans that are made specifically for each patient by a group of oncology nurses, and access to a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Positive results are shown in the 65 per cent of users who report fewer unpleasant symptoms, and 86 per cent of those who complete vocational rehabilitation return to work within a year.
