Master trust LifeSight has appointed Simon Katte to the role of client relationship director.
Katte, who joins from Legal & General Investment Management, will be responsible for managing existing client relationships as well as taking on new clients as part of LifeSight’s expansion plans.
Katte has worked in the financial services sectors for a number of years, with management roles at Wealth at Work and the Financial Conduct Authority. He will report into Jelena Croad, head of LifeSight UK.
Croad says the appointment reflected LifeSight’s intention to continue to invest in high levels of service and engagement. “LifeSight has grown significantly in the past 12 months but we remain disciplined about our growth and intend to continue to work in partnership with a select group of employers who want to drive better value and engagement from DC pensions and financial wellbeing for their employees.”
LifeSight WTW’s defined contribution master trust has around £14.5bn assets under management and provides pension for around 350,000 members.
