LumApps, an employee experience platform, has launched a digital data hub that organisations can use to drive hyper-personalisation in the digital workplace.
The employee data layer synchronises data from numerous channels, devices, and apps across the whole company in order to create a clear overview of each person.
According to LumApps, the employee data layer, which makes use of AI, provides the framework for organising and delivering contextual messaging across touchpoints and producing customised experiences for each stage of the employee journey.
The system compiles each person’s activities, preferences, and interests over time, including what they read, what kind of content they enjoyed, and who they engaged with.
The system will be able to make intelligent predictions about expected future actions and events as more data is supplied according to LumApps.
LumApps chief product officer Idriss Bentoumi says: “We’re taking the power of consumer personalisation, and applying it to the employee experience. Similar to how Netflix recommends movies, LumApps’ employee data layer will enable highly targeted and personalised employee interactions that ultimately help engage, enable and retain great talent.”
“We live in an era where people expect us to not only understand their wants and needs but anticipate and exceed them. The digital workplace is no exception. LumApps’ employee data layer allows organisations to sift through vast amounts of information to make every employee interaction smarter and deliver a game-changing employee experience.”
