Mercer UK has appointed Kerry Ghize as its new career business leader.

Ghize will succeed Tony Wood, who is now region leader for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Continental Europe. Ghize will be a member of Mercer UK’s Executive Leadership team and will report to Benoit Hudon, the company’s CEO.

Ghize joins from TI People, an HR technology and employee experience SaaS vendor, where she served as managing director for three years. Prior to joining TI People, Ghize worked for CEB, a B2B insights and technology firm (now a part of the technological research and consulting firm Gartner), where she rose through the ranks to become the company’s executive director and Market Lead, EMEA.

Ghize has worked in B2B professional services and SaaS for more than 25 years, with extensive experience in best practises and change excellence in HR, employee experience, and talent management, as well as leading business transformations and double-digit growth at both the startup and scaled business stages.

Ghize says: “Under Kerry’s direction, Mercer UK’s Career business will continue to lead in rewards and transformation, leveraging collaboration with Mercer’s global team to help clients design and execute sophisticated workforce strategies.

“We have ambitious growth plans for the UK Career business, and Kerry is enthusiastic to ensure the business is on a sustainable growth path and that it continues to play a significant role with our clients in their strategic decision-making.”

“It is a privilege to take on this role leading the UK Career business in delivering continued growth and positive experiences – for clients and colleagues alike. I am delighted to partner with the team in our commitment to building brighter futures through innovative workforce strategies.”
