PTL Governance Limited, an independent trustee and governance services provider, will be known as ZEDRA Governance Limited from 18th July.
ZEDRA purchased the company in December 2021.
PTL managing director Richard Butcher says: “Since the acquisition, our focus has been on delivering the same high-quality service that our clients expect from us. Now it’s time for the next exciting step in that journey – to adopt the ZEDRA brand.
