Punter Southall Governance Services (PSGS) has appointed Toby Andersen and Karen Henderson as scheme managers.
Andersen comes to us from Aztec Financial Services, where he served as a senior benefits consultant overseeing pensions, private health care, income protection, life insurance, and flexible benefit plans throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He began working in the pensions industry in 2012 at Mercer before spending six years as the trustees’ and pensions manager’s internal secretary at Lockheed Martin.
Henderson joins from Virgin Money, where she was a member of the internal pension governance team and supported the trustees on a range of tasks, including the merger of two DC plans, GMP rectification and equalisation, and a bulk pension increase exchange exercise.
PSGS chief executive officer Wayne Phelan says: “Recent business wins means we are expanding our governance and secretarial team and we are pleased to welcome Toby and Karen to the team at this exciting and busy time. Both are highly skilled with wide pensions knowledge and will be a real asset to our client schemes and trustees.”
