Punter Southall Governance Services (PSGS) is appointing former Barnett Waddingham principal Claire Barnes as client director.
Barnes spent the first 15 years of her career at Barnett Waddingham after joining as a graduate actuary. Having qualified as an actuary, she undertook a secondment working with an in-house administration team for one of the UK’s largest pension schemes.
In her new role, she will support PSGS clients with a range of outsourced and consultancy services across pension scheme management, governance and secretarial, end game planning, board effectiveness and risk management. They are also all governance practitioners. “In the past, I’ve supported large and small schemes with many complex challenges.
