Healthcare insurance broker Solutions Healthcare has joined Towergate Health & Protection.
This comes after Glasgow-based Solutions Healthcare was acquired by Ardonagh Advisory. Towergate Health & Protection is owned by the wider Ardonagh Group.
This deal gives Towergates Health & Protection a larger presence in Scotland. Solutions Healthcare offers advice on PMI and employee benefits, including life assurance, critical illness and business protection. It also providers an additional claims service.
The company was founded 10 years ago by Alan and Evelyn Christie who will continue to have senior roles in the business, with Evelyn Christie continuing in a client-facing role.
