TPT Retirement Solutions has appointed Marc Cox as its consultant relationship manager.
Cox will focus on improving TPT’s market offer, especially by finding and interacting with employee benefit consultants (EBCs), especially those in charge of fiduciary management.
Cox will manage opportunities resulting from pitches and RFPs, assisting them in the sales process and making sure that new clients are seamlessly onboarded.
Additionally, he will be in charge of generating new business sales for TPT’s intended “direct-to-scheme” market.
Cox will work closely with the wider business development division to develop a strategy for the company’s sales process, which will aid in building and executing a robust, updated business pipeline.
He has worked in a variety of financial business development roles for more than fifteen years, where she established sales strategies for fixed-income, equities, and multi-asset products. Cox worked for Mayar Capital for more than five years as the head of investor relations before coming to TPT.
TPT Retirement Solutions commercial director Nicholas Clapp says: “We are thrilled to welcome Cox to the team. Cox joins at an exciting time. His multifaceted skillset will be pivotal in leading our sales strategy and in bringing in new business, elevating the strength of our existing robust business pipeline.”
TPT consultant relationship manager Cox Cox says: “I am looking forward to joining the TPT team. Having worked across many financial services sectors, I am keen to leverage my experience in building client relationships to help TPT continue and accelerate its growth trajectory.”
