TPT Retirement Solutions has appointed Helena Dumycz as its new head of employer relationships.

Dumycz, a qualified actuary, has 18 years’ experience in the pensions sector and has worked in consulting and client relationship roles at LCP, Deloitte and Aon. She has also had in-house pension management roles at ITV, GSK and, most recently, at BT.

TPT runs 52 defined benefit and defined contributions schemes cover 2,600 employers.

TPT Retirement Solutions chief executve Mike Ramsey says: “Helena’s experience and leadership supports our drive for excellence in this area. Increasingly pensions are becoming more complex and demanding.

“TPT’s aim is to support employers in meeting their pension obligations, enabling them to concentrate on their other responsibilities knowing their schemes are being professionally managed to the highest standards.”
