Tumelo has appointed Alasdair Kinloch, formerly the global head of client experience at abrdn, as an advisor.
Kinloch’s expertise in working with asset owners, creating cutting-edge client and digital offerings, as well as in sustainability and the constantly shifting regulatory environment, will help Tumelo’s mission to democratise shareholder voting through technology.
He will join Jon Lukomnik, who was formerly the trustee for the five pension funds in New York City and is recognised by Forbes as one of the forefathers of contemporary corporate governance, as a strategic advisor to Tumelo.
Tumelo CEO Georgia Stewart says: “This is very exciting for us. There is no limit to the value of having people with Alasdair’s experience on board, and we’re looking forward to working together to help fund managers, shareholders, and others in the investment ecosystem benefit from more impactful stewardship.”
